Your service technician last night (3/31/11) was the hero for my family.
With the terrible wind storms that blew through yesterday, knocking out our
power in our neighborhood, we needed to rely on the generator.
I was amazed and very grateful that you were so responsive in the terrible
weather and sent Matt out late at night. Matt was a wonderful technician and
did a fantastic job! Thanks to you guys, none of our food spoiled, and our
family spent the night in comfort.

Dear Generac,
We had GenerX locally do the job. Their price beat Charlotte County Generators and their service was impeccable. The difference was the travel charge added by the distant company and their lack of knolage to the problem.

You may want to amend your file to spell my last name correctly: SHURE.

Thanks for your help, I feel like I have a new generator, again.

Thank you so much for your excellent service! We have been trying for months to find someone to check out the generator on a trailer we are trying to sell. I called so many other companies but either no one returned my call, or if they did, they never showed up when they said they would. Mark and Suzanne both returned my call right away. Matt came out right away and he was friendly and knowledgeable. I have been trying to take care of this for months but one call to Generx and within a few hours my problem was resolved. Thank you!!! I would recommend your company to anyone!

Rob, thanks for the great job and quick response! We look forward to doing business with you again in the future. TO GENERAC CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM,


RECEIVED A SERVICE CALL THE SAME DAY FROM YOUR ELITE DEALER, GENERX. THE SERVICE WAS PROVIDED BY ROB,THE DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS AND HIS SENIOR TECH, MATT. THEY MAKE FURTHER CHECKS OF MY SYSTEM AND FOUND DEFECTIVE BRUSHES ON THE ROTOR-STATOR UNIT. THE BRUSHES WERE REPLACED FOLLOWED BY A COMPREHENSIVE OPERATIONAL CHECK. THE PRIMARY POWER WAS DISCONNECTED AND THE GENERATOR PROVIDED FULL POWER TO MY HOME. THE GENERATOR WAS THEN OPERATED FOR TWO FULL HOURS AND NO PROBLEMS WERE NOTED. HOPEFULLY ALL PROBLEMS ARE NOW RESOLVED.
I WISH TO THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP AND I WANT TO EXPRESS MY APPRECIATION FOR THE EXPERT TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL WORK BY GENERX.
ANDY I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT GENERAC WILL EXTEND MY WARRANTY ON MY NEW ROTOR-STATOR RECENTLY INSTALLED, PLEASE ADVISE.

I wanted to again tell you how happy I was with your service. It is good
working with a company who knows what they are doing and does what they say.
You have done a great job and I can’t wait to do our next project together.
Can't say enough how pleased I was with results. I will be giving my customers your phone
number from now on to all my customers with generator needs. Also with that
said when there is a customer of mine old or new with generator needs what number do I
give them? Also what is Marks email as well?

sounds like the trickle charger and it's warranty...so, even better.
generx is without question, the best service company i've ever dealt with. on time. reliable. quality product(s)

JDS did a very good job in coming out, explaining options & getting generator installed but any attempts to contact them after that were fruitless. Doesn't surprise me that I was never notified about the mandatory repair needed to this model. But that’s what I get for hiring an electrical company to install a generator, even though they disguised themselves as Tampa Generators. I should have hired a generator company like your!

I really appreciate you reaching out to see if it can be covered post warranty. Hopefully since it's a recall type item at least part of it will be covered.
